Pearchy is an information tool that returns one of three honest answers and stops there. The declared ingredients on the physical package are what it reads. The physical package itself is what you verify.
Compatible, Avoid, or Uncertain. Every verdict ships with the same disclaimer on every surface, including inside the app.

Formulas change and labels can be printed in error. Pearchy reads what is declared on the label. The physical package is the final check.
Email hello@pearchy.com from the address on file. We delete your account data within 30 days, often within 48 hours.

Pearchy is an information tool that reads food labels and returns one of three states: Compatible, Avoid, or Uncertain. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. By using Pearchy you agree to treat its output as informational, not as medical advice.
You are responsible for the email address you use to sign up and for the accuracy of the allergen profiles you create. We will never ask for your password by email or text message. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to hello@pearchy.com and we will help.
Use Pearchy for personal household allergen awareness. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape the product database, or use Pearchy output as the sole basis for a clinical, dietetic, or commercial decision without independent verification.
Every verdict ships with the same disclaimer: based on declared ingredients, always verify the physical package, not medical advice. We commit to that line in every surface, including pages you cannot see. If the verdict shows up without the disclaimer, that is a bug: please report it.
Pearchy is provided as-is during beta. Pearchy Inc. is not liable for errors in the underlying database, in how a label is read, or in changes to product formulas between scans. You agree that the physical package is the source of truth.
You can delete your account at any time from the settings page or by emailing hello@pearchy.com. We delete account data within 30 days, retaining only what we are required to keep by Canadian tax or regulatory law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes resolve in courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.
